While the company is still young, The HG name must come to carry prestige and awe in the industry. Not only do our customers depend on our skill but our craft is our pride and our Mission demands excellence in order to acheive our goals.

Raise The Bar in Lawncare & Landscaping in the Orlando Area

While there are some Top Tier Lawn Care and Landscaping companies in the Orlando Area, the market is flooded with unexceptional buisinesses, and there is allot of Nepotism and Un-professionalism in many of the average sized Orlando Area Based Lawn and Landscape Companies. The HGHG will continue to develop and improve itself as a Guild until we become local industry leaders and raise the bar here creating a new standard for Lawn and Landscaping companies in the Orlando Florida Area.

Form GUILD

As the name implies the HG shall form a Craft Guild of Horticulture Trades. This Guild shall function as to Organize the Corporation and Unite and Empower the Members, as well as to train them in Apprenticeships.

Form Apprenticeship(s)

The Guild shall form both a univeral Horticulture Guild Apprenticeship and Craft Apprenticeships for the individual specific trades of all branches of the Green Industry the HGHG does buisiness in. ie Lawn Care, Landscaping, Gardening, etc. The Apprenticeship(s) shall have a streamlined training system, consisting of both [HG internal] academy education and field training, with graduating degrees, which correspond to position and rank, thus the Apprenticeship(s) shall also streamline the hierarchy, decision making, and promotions within the Guild.
The H.G.H.G. is maintaining a hiring freeze during the Covid19 pandemic.

Train Members

As stated the Apprenticeships shall Train Guild Members, aka company employees. Lack of interal training programs is a major problem withing Green Industry Companies and negatively impacts the companies, the whole industries workforce, and the customers aka consumers. The HGHG will empower it's Members and raise the bar in this industry.

Expand Buisiness and Guild into several Green Industry Branches

The HGHG is a currently small and emerging company, and thus maintains a more focused development course. However The Founder & CEO Saul Falcone has extensive plans for numerous branches of green industry buisinesses under the HG umbrella. The H.G.H.G. currently offers professional mostly residentialYard Management Services, as well as products and services for space limited gardens. In the future the H.G.H.G. will branch out into a Full Service Lawn and Landscape Company including, Commercial Lawncare and Landscaping, Lawn & Garden Irrigation, Landscape Lighting, etc, as well as Interior Gardening and Plantscaping, Agriculture including a Citrus Orchard and a Wine Vineyard, and the HG will establish an Independent Garden Center, a Botanical Gardens, and a Nature Preservation. The Agricultural production of the IGC will include a Citrus Grove which will help restore Florida's place as a Citrus Agriculture Powerhouse.

Become a Green Industry Titan and set new industry standards

Upon full establishment of a Full Service Lawn and Landscape Company, a Citrus Orchard & Wine Vineyard, an IGC, a Botanical Gardens, and a Nature Preserve, the HGHG will have become a prestigious green industry Titan. From the platform of an Industry leader the HGHG will set new standards for the industry, and raise the bar even higher.

Found, Create, & Operate, The Nu HG Botanical Gardens

When the Guild and Buisiness is sufficiently developed we will create a Grand Botanical Gardens Complex.... As the name implies the Guild shall create a Nu Hanging Gardens of Babylon, based on the Legendary Lost Seventh Wonder of the Ancient World, as well as the Hanging Gardens of Florida, and several other Botanical Gardens.

⚜️ Ecology ⚜️

Operate Eco-Friendly

The HG shall operate eco-friendly buisinesses. New Green Initiatives will be added as it becomes feasible for us to do so. Currently HG Lawn Care and Land Scaping is not dependent on Disposable Water Bottles. This was the first green initiative of the HGHG and it began when HGHG relaunched as HG LC&LS in the Summer of 2020. Far too many Lawncare and Landscaping companies are dependent on disposable water bottles thus contributing drastically to multiple ecological crises ie depletion of natural resources from plasitc production, uncontained pollution, and landfill pollution. The HG is committed to the Global and Local Ecosystems and uses refillable containers for water such as thermoses.

Found, Create, & Help Fund The NAGF Ecology Foundation

The HG shall establish a Foundation to advance Liberty and Ecology to be named the New Aeon Garden Foundation.

Found, Create, Help Fund, & Operate The SNAG Nature Preserve

The HG shall establish a Nature Preservation to be named the Sanctuary of the New Aeon Garden.

Restore Ecology

The HG will collaborate, coordinate, and participate in, and fund the restoration of damaged Florida and Global Ecosystems. This will be done mostly with the NAGF, but the HG is open to collaborating with other ecology organizations. Especially before the HG can found the NAGF.
